About the Leadership Café	The Leadership Café is a bimonthly gathering featuring a casual lunch served up with a dynamic guest speaker sharing essential aspects of applied servant-leadership from his/her own experience. The Café is an easy way to introduce yourself or a friend to the concept of servant-leadership and meet local servant leaders. The relaxed atmosphere encourages networking as well as an opportunity to get more information about the San Diego Leadership Initiative – Membership, Consulting, and Certification. Leadership Café Seeks Sponsors	The SDLI is accepting qualified sponsors for our bimonthly Leadership Café. Café sponsors are organizations, companies or individuals who lead by example. Their support of the Café further encourages the work and the message of the San Diego Leadership Initiative. Servant Leadership Certification Program	An educational opportunity to learn more deeply about yourself and the 10 key values of Servant Leadership in a group program of committed fellow participants. Classes meet one evening a month for 10 months, leading to your certification as a "Servant Leader". Contact Dawn Beintema at dbeintema@leadershipinitiative.org for more information.
Servant Leadership Organizational Certification	When a majority of an organization's managers and executives are certified as Servant Leaders, that organization becomes eligible for certification as a Servant Leader Organization. Annual Conferences	The annual one-day Servant-Leadership Conference offers a chance to immerse yourself in Servant-Leadership, take yourself to the next level of professional and personal growth, and spend more time with fellow SDLI Associate members and local servant leaders.
